I was fully responsible for the creation, strategic direction, and growth plan of a Dubai-based consulting group operating across four business areas: corporate advisory, immigration services, tech-driven tools and infoproducts.

My work began with a full market and competitor analysis to define positioning, audience segmentation, and go-to-market strategy. A key insight was the decision to split the immigration services into a separate vertical, enabling more focused lead generation for the consulting side (targeting high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs) while building scalable messaging for digital product sales.

I crafted a content architecture designed to drive qualified leads and sales, including messaging strategy, tone of voice, content flows, and performance-focused narratives tailored to each vertical. This included funnel strategies for organic acquisition via Instagram and nurturing for info-product conversions.

On the creative side, I led the full execution: naming, logo design, brand identity, and content for four Instagram profiles — all custom-built using generative AI and finalized in Photoshop. While the mockups do not yet include Highlights, this was intentional as the profiles were still in early development and the highlight strategy was pending validation.

Every element was designed to reflect a premium, credible, and culturally aware brand, optimized to convert across distinct audience groups.


This fictionalized case, rooted in a real business context, showcases my ability to bridge strategic growth planning with hands-on creative and content leadership — from brand inception to lead generation and conversion strategy.
