On this page, you can find a selection of projects that I have spearheaded as a Marketing Coordinator and Art Director at Americanas S.A. Holding.

Context
Americanas S.A. is one of the largest retail and technology holdings in Latin America, operating an ecosystem of over 16 business units across retail, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, and media. With more than 40,000 employees and a reach that spans millions of consumers, it was formed in 2021 following the merger of Lojas Americanas — a century-old brand — and B2W, the largest e-commerce conglomerate in Latin America, along with several strategic acquisitions.

Over the course of 8 years, I contributed to the company’s transformation by leading strategic design and marketing initiatives. As both Art Director and Marketing Coordinator, I drove projects that shaped the new corporate identity and enhanced its digital presence — from branding and campaigns to platform launches and internal communication strategies.

Projects & Impact

  • Institutional Marketing Strategy: Spearheaded the launch of the new holding brand, positioning Americanas S.A. as a unified, innovative entity across multiple sectors. I leveraged subsidiary brand channels, industry platforms, and media outlets to amplify visibility and market perception.

  • Corporate Website & Strategic Platforms: Led the creation of the first institutional website and restructured key digital platforms including Investor Relations, Careers, and Brand Center. This involved managing a cross-functional team of over 70 professionals, ensuring consistency and alignment with the holding’s new vision.

  • Social Media & Digital Campaigns: Directed multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement, including a standout initiative promoting the company’s corporate podcast, enhancing brand relevance and audience connection.
